CPB physics are not just for CBBE, it can be use with any body replacer - from description page: Mod author probably just forgot to add it to requirements. Bodyslide comes with vanilla outfits with these weights applied to them and the outfits are for CBBE. If you want the outfits to have physics as well then you need the outfits to have those same weights applied to them.
